Here are some easy steps you can take to help us ensure the longevity of your products:

• Remove all labels before use. You can remove any excess by soaking the products in warm water with soap.

• Hand wash it with a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive materials when cleaning the products.

• Avoid exposing the products to a rapid change in temperature. Do not place products in the freezer, oven, direct heat, or naked flames.

• When storing your products, use a soft cloth or napkins to separate items and prevent scratching.

• Avoid extensive sun exposure when storing items.

• Products with precious metal decorations are not microwave-safe. We recommend not placing metal-decorated plates in the dishwasher.

• Products marked as dishwasher safe can be washed in a dishwasher using a gentle liquid or gel detergent and a low-temperature wash cycle.

• If your tea cups or teapots have stains after use, they can be removed by using a gentle cleansing solution. Wash and rinse thoroughly before use.
